Vinagres Parras, S.A. was founded in 1947 in the town of Torrijos (Toledo).
From the very beginning, the company specialized in vinegar production—initially using pomace residues, and later transitioning to wine as the main raw material.
At first, the vinegar was sold exclusively in bulk, mainly to the vegetable and fish canning industries.
In 1957, Vinagres Parras took a pioneering step by starting to bottle its vinegar, becoming the first company in Spain to do so.
