Over 70 years of history
Vinagres Parras, S.A. was founded in 1947 in the town of Torrijos, in the province of Toledo.
From the very beginning, the company focused on vinegar production—initially using pomace as a base, and later transitioning to wine as the primary raw material.
In its early days, the vinegar was sold exclusively in bulk, mainly to the vegetable and fish canning industries.
It wasn't until 1957 that Vinagres Parras began bottling its vinegar, becoming the first company in Spain to do so.

These companies carry out ongoing quality checks and supplier audits to ensure the highest standards. Vinagres Parras has successfully passed all such inspections with flying colors.
Since June 2003, we have implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, certified by AENOR under registration number ER-0324/1999.
